[ Elijah stays up researching vampires. It's very, very difficult considering the way his blood has an almost magnetic pull towards Hank and even Ezra himself. There's nothing online about drinking your mated werewolf twin's blood, unfortunately, but he has to suppose that this all connected somehow.
It sucks. Well, being a vampire sucks in general, that's no surprise. However once the blood rage and all that passes, the once-fledgling becomes much, much more powerful than the average vampire due to being untethered from any coven or community. Since they are still vulnerable while they are uncontrollable, other vampire clans are known to band together to destroy them when this happens.
