It should be obvious just from the touch that Hank is totally gone for Gavin. He wants to protect him and hold him and the possessiveness might be getting held down by his self-control right now, but the fact of the matter is Gavin is his and that's all that matters. Their bond runs deep and solid between them, unbroken and unbidden. Not even denial or Hank's low self-esteem or the promise of having to work can affect it.
